products<\/li>\n<li>Product development<\/li>\n<li>New product design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Considering the diversity in\u00a0the definition of <a href=\"https:\/\/dgding.com\/en\/what-is-the-strategy\/\">strategy<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dgding.com\/en\/strategic-planning-and-its-types\/\">strategic attitude<\/a>\u00a0, you can probably guess that the definition of product strategy is equally diverse and different sources and references provide different definitions of it.<\/p>\n<h2>3 main parts of product strategy<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>product design<\/li>\n<li>Product management<\/li>\n<li>Remove the product<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>product design<\/h3>\n<p>In the design of a new product, usually all the steps that must be taken from the zero moment to the commercialization stage of the product are taken into consideration.<\/p>\n<p>These steps can be listed as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Knowledge of the market and the current situation<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Finding ideas and creating ideas<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Eliminate inappropriate ideas<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Business analysis<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Product development<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Product testing<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Product management<\/h3>\n<p>After the product has been approved in terms of features, specifications and quality, and we have made sure that customers like it and welcome it, now we enter the economic stages of the business.\u00a0The same work that\u00a0constitutes the daily task of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Product_manager\">Product Managers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There are usually three main parts to product management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Product maturity management<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Product growth management<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Product commercialization<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Discussions such as pricing, how to legally protect the product and providing the required capital are among the topics that are considered in the discussion of commercialization.<\/p>\n<p>Product management during growth and maturity also has its complications and challenges.\u00a0Growth is the period of increasing demand, and maturity is the period when the volume of demand for the product has become stable and uniform.<\/p>\n<p>Many product managers are calm and satisfied during growth.\u00a0They are always afraid and worried about puberty.\u00a0This is despite the fact that puberty usually comes as a result of wrong decisions during the
